Maintain a talent pipeline for future needs. 3. Screening & Shortlisting Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial screening calls or interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit. 4. Interview Coordination Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Assist in designing and conducting assessments/tests if needed. 5. Candidate Management Communicate job details and expectations to candidates. Provide timely updates on application status. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
