Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Understanding Hiring Needs Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements. Prepare or update job descriptions and specifications. 2. Sourcing Candidates Post job openings on job portals, social media, and career pages. Use platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri to source candidates. Maintain a talent pipeline for future needs. 3. Screening & Shortlisting Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial screening calls or interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit. 4. Interview Coordination Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Assist in designing and conducting assessments/tests if needed. 5. Candidate Management Communicate job details and expectations to candidates. Provide timely updates on application status. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
