• Source and attract candidates using databases, job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Manage candidate pipeline and maintain proper documentation.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Draft and send offer letters, rejection emails, and other recruitment-related communication.
• Maintain recruitment reports and analytics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.
• Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices.
