Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to sell health insurance policies. Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, premium, and coverage. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate policy information. Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets and conversion rates. Maintain daily call logs and update CRM tools. Follow compliance, confidentiality, and regulatory guidelines (IRDAI). Coordinate with the backend team for policy processing and issue resolution.
