Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist at Hanseatic Connect, your role involves reviewing detailed job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates, screening and evaluating applicants, coordinating interviews, and assessing candidates" skills and qualifications. Your responsibilities also include preparing CVs, conducting background checks, and managing information related to remuneration and employment terms. Your goal is to match highly qualified specialists with the right positions in a time-efficient manner. Key Responsibilities: - Review and post detailed job descriptions for open positions in overseas jobs - Actively source candidates through various channels for quick placement - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates" suitability - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers - Prepare CVs as per clients" requirements and conduct professional background checks - Assess candidates" skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization - Maintain open communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any field required; Post Graduation or MBA preferred - 2-5 years of relevant work experience in recruitment - Knowledge of the healthcare or hospitality sector - Experience in handling End to End Recruitment Cycle - Proficiency in visa legislation and documentation - Strong negotiation and people management skills - Fluency in English and knowledge of the local language - Proficient in MS Office applications About Us: Hanseatic Connect specializes in global recruitment solutions for healthcare, medical, hospitality, and leisure industries.
