Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day operational activities and client coordination.
Manage account-related activities and ensure timely service delivery.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve queries and escalations.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Prior experience with e-commerce clients or in the staffing industry is preferred.
Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
Work Schedule: 6 days a week.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
