Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end HR activities.
Manage HRBP-related responsibilities and employee coordination.
Handle payroll-related activities.
Maintain HR data and reports using MS Excel.
Prepare and analyse Pivot Tables and HR reports.
Coordinate with employees and internal teams for HR requirements.
Support day-to-day corporate HR operations.

Requirements

1.5–4 years of experience in HR Executive / HRBP / HR Generalist.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes.
Good MS Excel & Pivot Table skills.
Should have Experience in PMS and training and development
Hindi communication is mandatory.
Manufacturing Industry Preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
