We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Operations Executive to support employee onboarding, maintain accurate employee records, and assist with HR data management and reporting. The role involves verifying joining documents, updating HRMS records, preparing employee reports, and coordinating with HR teams to ensure data accuracy and smooth HR operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong MS Excel skills, good communication abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of employee data management and confidentiality practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by coordinating with new hires and HR teams to ensure timely completion of joining formalities.
• Employee Data Management: Maintain and update employee master data, ensuring that personal details, employment information, and joining records are accurate.
• Document Verification: Verify employee joining documents, identify missing information, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to complete documentation.
• HRMS Management: Update employee information, joining dates, employment status, and other relevant details in the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
• HR Reporting: Prepare headcount reports, onboarding trackers, attrition summaries, and employee-status reports using MS Excel and other HR reporting tools.
• Data Validation: Review employee records to identify duplicate entries, missing information, and inconsistencies, and coordinate with HR teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Onboarding Tracker Management: Maintain onboarding trackers and monitor the status of joining formalities, pending documents, and employee record completion.
• Headcount and Attrition Analysis: Assist in tracking employee headcount, new joiners, employee exits, and workforce movements to support HR reporting.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with HR, recruitment, payroll, and other relevant teams to ensure accurate employee data and timely completion of HR processes.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain organized employee records and ensure proper documentation in accordance with internal procedures.
• Data Privacy and Confidentiality: Handle sensitive employee information responsibly and follow organizational data privacy policies and access controls.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in HR data management and reporting processes and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Relevant experience in HR operations, employee data management, onboarding, or HR reporting is preferred. Freshers with strong Excel and data management skills may also apply.
• MS Excel Proficiency: Working knowledge of Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, lookup functions, and pivot tables.
• HRMS Knowledge: Familiarity with HRMS platforms, employee databases, and digital record management systems is an advantage.
• Data Management Skills: Ability to maintain accurate employee records, validate information, and identify discrepancies.
• Reporting Skills: Ability to prepare structured HR reports, maintain trackers, and summarize employee data accurately.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with employees and internal HR teams.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and accuracy in handling employee information and documentation.
• Confidentiality: Understanding of the importance of employee data privacy and responsible information handling.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize pending onboarding and reporting activities.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
