WE’RE HIRING | ASSISTANT – HR OPERATIONS

About the Role
DMart Foundation is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations professional to support employee onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, and employee query resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HRMS data entry.
- Maintain attendance records and prepare attendance reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and salary sheet preparation.
- Handle employee queries related to PF, ESIC, salary, contracts, and ID cards.
- Coordinate with vendors for employee documentation and issue resolution.
- Follow up on pending HR requests and maintain accurate employee records.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes, attendance, and payroll.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
