Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Operations Specialist at nCircle Tech Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires, handling queries related to salary and taxations, maintaining employee database and generating HR reports, as well as supporting statutory compliance and documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate pre-joining formalities and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. - Prepare and maintain employee documentation such as offer letters, joining forms, and NDAs. - Conduct exit formalities including clearance, documentation, and feedback collection. - Handle queries pertaining to salary, deductions, and taxations. - Maintain and update employee database in HRMS. - Generate periodic HR reports including headcount, attrition, leave, and compliance. - Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data. - Support statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labor laws. - Maintain proper filing of HR documents and records. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the IT/Technology sector. - Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
