HR Operations Consultant

The role involves developing strategies to resolve concerns swiftly and enhance overall employee satisfaction. You will be responsible for designing and scaling processes, as well as recommending and implementing improvements or automation to optimize operations. Additionally, you will deliver operational recommendations and communicate procedural updates and changes to internal teams. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You should also be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time contract position for 3 months, with potential for extension. The work location is in-person in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
