HR Manager (US Shift)

Roles & Responsibilities

Understand the various organizational culture and plan to mature HR processes/practices.

Use data driven approach to measure, plan & optimize the hiring process/team.

Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors.

Work with multiple stakeholders to plan and carry out Change Management as needed.

Use HRIS effectively plan/execute and measure the HR function operations.

Find bottlenecks in the HR process and optimize the same.

Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team. Set and measure their KPIs.

Grooming, mentoring and taking the team members to the next level of maturity.

Create and present KPI reports to management

In-depth knowledge of full cycle HR function and various modules

Self-disciplined and organized with a process driven approach for managing and reporting.

Expertise in HRMS/HRIS tools like Keka/Greythr is a must.

Ability to motivate team members and get best out of them.

A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Experience managing senior and junior HR team members.

Good time-management skills

Geat interpersonal and communication skills

Qualification

Any Graduate

7+ years of experience in HR function.

Must have worked as a HR Sr. Team lead or HR Manager for at least 1 year.
