Key Responsibilities

l Manage end-to-end HR operations for 1,500+ employees.

l Handle employee relations, grievances, engagement, and retention.

l Manage recruitment, manpower planning, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR MIS.

l Handle HR requirements for multiple projects and operational sites.

l Coordinate with customers/clients on manpower, HR operations, and employee-related requirements.

l Handle union-related matters, negotiations, grievances, and workforce relations.

l Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to labour laws.

l Manage disciplinary actions and employee conflict resolution.

l Drive training, performance management, and employee development initiatives.

l Monitor absenteeism, attrition, manpower productivity, and employee engagement.

l Lead and manage the HR team and coordinate closely with operations.

l Support business requirements and implement HR processes across projects.

Requirements

l MBA/PGDM/MSW in HR or equivalent.

l 9 -14 years of relevant HR experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Delivery, or Manufacturing.

l Experience managing 1,500+ employees, preferably a large blue-collar workforce.

l Strong experience in project HR, customer handling, and union/employee relations.

l Good knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR operations.

l Strong communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
