Job Description – HR Manager / HR Executive
Location: Kodambakkam, Chennai
CTC: Up to ₹4.8 LPA (₹40,000 per month)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations for a real estate company. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment, employee management, HR policies, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, administration, and other real estate roles.
Manage onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave, and employee records.
Coordinate payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
Implement HR policies and maintain employee discipline.
Handle employee grievances, performance management, and engagement activities.
Monitor employee attendance, performance, and overall workforce productivity.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of payroll, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
Ability to manage employees and handle HR-related issues independently.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
