Job Description: As an HR Manager at our organization in Chiplun, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations and union management. With 8-10 years of experience in HR management, you will play a key role in managing employee relations, handling grievances, and ensuring smooth functioning of the HR department. Fluency in Marathi is a must for effective communication with the local workforce. If you have a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience as an HR manager and in union management, we encourage you to apply for this full-time position.
