Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Manager in the Solar Industry located in Olpad, Surat, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. You will also oversee plant-level HR operations, manage the workforce, handle attendance, shifts, and ensure compliance. Building positive employee relations and fostering a healthy workplace culture will be a key part of your role.
