Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager, located in Kochi. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include performance management, employee training and development, and maintaining a positive work environment. Qualifications MBA HR English, Hindi, Malayalam Experience in HRMS software.
