Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients Experience in client relations and customer service Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and address customer needs effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues Attention to detail and ability to multitask Experience in the beauty industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred Languages : Malayalam, English Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
