About the role Location: Sector 132, Noida ( Google maps link ) Preference for candidates based in nearby locations or willing to relocate Experience: 10-15 years in all HR functions 2+ years as HR manager leading HR team of 5+ people Managing an overall employee base of 500+ Education: MBA in HR from Tier 1/Tier 2 college (Classroom program mandatory) Job Type: Full-time, Work from office Work Week: 6 days (Mon-Sat) Timings : 9.30AM-6.30PM Budget : upto 20-25 LPA Qualifications: Experience: 10-15 years of experience in HR across key functions - Talent acquisition Employee engagement and retention Training and development Performance management, etc Handling more than 200+ employees across levels End-to-end Implementation of HRIS/HRMS systems and other digital initiatives Leading an HR function of more than 5 members Industry: Ideal candidate should have experience of handling employees across levels (entry-level blue-collar workers 20kpm CTC to senior executives 500kpm CTC) Preferred : Hospitality (Travel/Tourism), FMCG, E-commerce (Swiggy/Zomato/etc), Construction & Real Estate Open to candidates from IT Infrastructure industry, but ideally gained experience in other preferred industries above also Education: MBA in HR from Tier 1/2 college Strong proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PPT and HRMS/HRIS systems Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations Strong organizational and time management skills Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR/Sr. HR Manager to lead our human resources function. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus . This role will oversee all aspects of HR , including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and HRMS for a team of 250+ employees. Responsibilities: HR Team Management Build, and manage a team of 4-5 HR executives (TA, HR Ops, L&D, Employee engagement, etc) in Noida & Bangalore to support HR plans Talent Acquisition & Strategy: Create hiring/staffing plans in conjunction with the companys business plans Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit Manage the onboarding process for new hires Employee Relations: Build strong relationships with employees at all levels Survey: Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions Communications: Proactively manage and address HR communications to the employees (Via email, Teams, WhatsApp and any other channels as needed) Policies: Create and update existing company policies and rules to suit the dynamic business scenario Grievances: Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts promptly and effectively Performance Management: Set-up productivity benchmarks in consultation with business managers Develop and implement performance management systems Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback Identify and address performance issues Set-up/update performance management systems in line with business environment Training & development Help enhance team motivation, productivity, quality and communication skills using training and employee engagement programs Organise employee training and development programs in a high-tech environment including OEMs mandatory certifications Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs (R&Rs, incentives, etc) Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations Conduct salary surveys and make recommendations for salary adjustments Industry benchmarking of the company on an annual basis HRIS/HRMS & Payroll Manage the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and insights Coordinate payroll and statutory HR compliances on PAN-India basis Compliance Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures Conduct regular audits to identify and address compliance risks Digitization and Digital transformation Convert the company to digital-first, app/web-first company from current siloed systems Travel Be willing to travel across India to conduct interviews, meet with employees, customers, attend trainings etc
