Job Description

The PFSS HR Manager oversees the implementation and management of Workday People Experience and PeopleSoft SCM within the organization. With 15 to 20 years of experience in HR management, the role focuses on enhancing employee engagement and optimizing supply chain processes. Operating on a hybrid model with no travel required, a balanced work-life integration is ensured. Responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of Workday People Experience and managing the integration of PeopleSoft SCM. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure seamless adoption of new systems and processes. Developing and executing HR strategies aligning with organizational goals, driving business success, and providing guidance to HR teams are key aspects. Monitoring, evaluating, and ensuring compliance with regulations in HR and supply chain management are vital. Leading initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, analyzing HR system data, facilitating training sessions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and supporting HR policy development are crucial responsibilities. Qualifications for the role include extensive experience in Workday People Experience and PeopleSoft SCM, a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and collaboration skills, a commitment to continuous learning in HR technologies, successful project management, and proficiency in data analysis. Certifications required for the position are Certified Workday Professional and PeopleSoft SCM Certification.,
