Key Responsibilities

Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.
Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour Laws) with accuracy.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct employee background verification and maintain proper documentation.
Drive performance management, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
Build strong employee relations and foster a positive work culture.
Collaborate with management to plan workforce requirements and training needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all HR-related matters.
