Route Academy is a skill-upscaling and professional training institute that offers courses in Excel Advanced, Power BI, SAP, Digital Marketing, and other in-demand career programs. We also provide placement support to help students connect with top companies. As an HR Intern at Route Academy's Calicut office, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and placement activities. You will be an integral part of our HR & Placement team, assisting in various tasks to support our operations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. - Maintain candidate databases and update records accurately. - Support in onboarding and documentation of new employees. - Coordinate with placement partners and companies to create student recruitment opportunities. - Help in organizing training programs, workshops, and placement drives. - Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks efficiently. - Assist the HR & Placement Head in reporting and communication effectively. Requirements: - Pursuing or completed Bachelors/Masters in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. - Available for an offline internship at Hilite Business Park, Calicut.
