Impresio Studio are looking for an enthusiastic HRM intern who is eager to learn, contribute, and support end-to-end HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in HR generalist functions and exposure to the complete employee lifecycle.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial telephonic interviews.
Prepare onboarding documents and ensure new joiner formality completion.
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Track daily attendance and leave records. Ensure accuracy and timely submission of attendance-related reports.
Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
