Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Intern position located in Vapi. The HR Intern will assist in various human resource functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee records, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting the HR team in day-to-day operations. The role involves tasks related to personnel management and learning the fundamentals of HR management while contributing to a dynamic workspace.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and practices
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (either completed or in progress)
• Willingness to learn and contribute to team goals
