The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the Onboarding process, employee engagement activities and supporting the HR team with various Operation-related tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for an MBA - HR graduate to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.

• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support onboarding processes, including documentation collection and induction coordination.
• Help to Track attendance and leave data and ensure all internal HR trackers are updated regularly.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, events, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
• Maintain employee engagement calendars and dashboards, ensuring timely updates and coordination.
• Provide support in employee relations and general HR administration, including conflict resolution assistance and day-to-day HR tasks.
  

Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resources or related fields.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) for Branding purposes.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
