By leveraging emerging technologies, Metayb aims to be a trusted global partner in delivering impactful, future-ready solutions.We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern with a focus on Operation to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the Onboarding process, employee engagement activities and supporting the HR team with various Operation-related tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for an MBA - HR graduate to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support onboarding processes, including documentation collection and induction coordination.
  • Help to Track attendance and leave data and ensure all internal HR trackers are updated regularly.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, events, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
  • Maintain employee engagement calendars and dashboards, ensuring timely updates and coordination.
  • Provide support in employee relations and general HR administration, including conflict resolution assistance and day-to-day HR tasks.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) for Branding purposes.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
