Roles and Responsibilities Assist in recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and shortlisting candidates. Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interview schedules, and offer extensions. Provide administrative support to HR team on various tasks such as data entry, document management, and communication with clients. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on recruitment processes. Ensure timely completion of projects assigned by the supervisor while maintaining high-quality standards. Desired Candidate Profile Fresh graduate or pursuing B.B.A/ B.M.S degree from a recognized university. Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for efficient documentation and presentation preparation. Knowledge of HR systems or tools is a plus.
