Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Intern (Fresher) located in Lucknow. The HR Intern will be involved in day-to-day HR activities such as assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. The intern will also help in maintaining HR records and supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks.

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
