You are looking to hire a talented intern who is fluent in Malayalam and English. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Malayalam. Key Responsibilities: - Manage job requisitions from hiring managers, ensuring accurate job descriptions and requirements. - Utilize various sourcing channels, such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals for candidate sourcing. - Create and publish job postings on various platforms, including company websites, job boards, and social media for job posting and advertising. - Develop and maintain the company's employer brand and reputation for employer branding. - Manage candidate applications, ensuring timely and efficient processing for application management. - Conduct initial screenings of candidate applications, resumes, and cover letters for initial screening. - Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications for phone and video interviews. - Coordinate and participate in in-person interviews with hiring managers and candidates for in-person interviews.
