Job Description

You are a motivated HR Intern who will be responsible for supporting recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced IT environment. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field. To be eligible for this position, you should be a Graduate or pursuing a degree in MBA HR/Business with good communication skills and basic HR knowledge. You should also be comfortable with the specified shift timings and the location in Mohali. It is required that you have your own laptop for work purposes. The working hours are from 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM, Monday to Saturday. As an HR Intern, you will receive an Internship Certificate and gain real-time HR experience in a learning-focused environment. This internship also provides a performance-based full-time employment opportunity upon successful completion and performance evaluation. This is a 3-month internship opportunity with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role based on your performance. The work location is in person.
