Role Description

This is an internship role for an HR Head Intern at MindCare Psychological Services. The HR Head Intern will be responsible for assisting in HR management tasks, developing and implementing HR policies, managing personnel and employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This is a remote role, providing the flexibility to work from any location.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Personnel Management and Employee Benefits knowledge
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus
