Job Description: As the senior rewards expert for India, your role involves leading the design and delivery of total rewards programs that align with the global strategy and drive business results. You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to create competitive and innovative solutions that enhance talent and performance. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving Indias total rewards strategy, overseeing annual compensation cycles, benefits programs, and vendor management. - Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, business HR, and Finance to ensure rewards solutions balance market competitiveness with business priorities and budget constraints. - Collaborating with the global Rewards and Benefits COE to align program design with enterprise initiatives and ensure seamless local execution. - Utilizing advanced data analytics and modeling for compensation and benefits planning, benchmarking, and decision support. - Leading change management and communication planning for rewards rollouts, facilitating education for managers and employees, and maintaining compensation and benefits knowledge base. Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards roles within technology or multinational organizations. - Expertise in Indian statutory requirements and aligning local programs with global frameworks. - Strong skills in data analytics, modeling, compensation planning, and managing annual rewards cycles. - Experience in stakeholder engagement, change management, compliance, and governance. Additional Details: You will have a Master's Degree and 10-15 years of work experience. This role is eligible for relocation and requires working during day shifts in India with no travel involved.
