HR Fresher - Night Shift

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Support HR-related tasks like scheduling, follow-ups, and reporting
• Coordinate with various departments for smooth workflow
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (BBA/MBA in HR preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Basic understanding of HR functions
• Freshers are welcome!
