As an HR Manager at Trisa Softech, you will be responsible for guiding and managing the provision of Human Resource services, programs, and policies in alignment with the organization's vision, strategy, and business operations. Your role will involve providing expert advice to the CEO and the Leadership Team to contribute to strategic decision-making and organizational development. You will play a crucial part in ensuring Trisa Softech's ability to attract, develop, retain, and manage a highly engaged and committed workforce. Key Responsibilities: - Manage HR functions, administration, and planning effectively - Provide timely and accurate advice on HR management practices, employment conditions, policies, and related issues to staff and managers - Conduct resource planning to ensure the organizational structure is suitable for its purpose and that jobs within the structure are well-designed - Maintain and enhance HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, policies, procedures, induction briefs, templates, and organization charts Qualifications Required: - 0-2 years of experience in HR management or related field - Solid understanding of organizational vision, strategy, and business operations - Ability to provide expert advice to senior leadership - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Please note that the HR Manager will report to the Director of Finance and will have key relationships with internal stakeholders such as the CEO, Trisa's Leadership team, employees, and volunteers, as well as external partners including service providers, associates, and legal firms associated with Trisa Softech.,
