Job Title: HR Faculty (German Language Mandatory)

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated HR Faculty with proficiency in the German language to join our institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching, guiding, and mentoring students in the field of Human Resources, while integrating German language knowledge to enhance learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, workshops, and training sessions in HR-related subjects.
• Incorporate German language as required in HR teaching modules and discussions.
• Guide students on projects, assignments, and career development.
• Stay updated with the latest HR practices and trends.
• Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Provide academic and professional counseling to students.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in German language (mandatory) – spoken & written.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
