As an HR Faculty member with proficiency in the German language, you will play a crucial role in teaching, guiding, and mentoring students in the field of Human Resources while also incorporating German language knowledge to enhance learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver lectures, workshops, and training sessions in HR-related subjects. - Integrate German language as required in HR teaching modules and discussions. - Guide students on projects, assignments, and career development. - Stay updated with the latest HR practices and trends. - Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessments. - Provide academic and professional counseling to students. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Management, or a related field. - Proficiency in the German language (mandatory) both spoken and written. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to engage and inspire students. - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
