Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for HR Desk in Delhi, India. We are seeking an experienced HR to support and enhance our HR processes in a fast-paced IT environment. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end operational HR activities, enhance employee experience, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT industry.

Job description
1) Job posting in various portals Paid & Unpaid, Resume Filteration,calling candidates, briefing them about the requirement, about our Company and also negotiating in the expected salary of applicants.
2) Involved in conducting direct meet interviews.
3) Scheduling and coordinating interviews & Close it ASAP from the Day of Requirement Post.
4) Offer discussion with candidates.
5) Joining Formalities Completion Process including Documentation and Some Basic Training.
6) Employee Engagement like Games and Fun Activities & Many more.
7) Payroll Management including Attendance Management,Salary and Expenses Management as well time to time an Eye on Appraisal of the Candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
