Warranty manager/Warranty incharge:

• Review and process all incoming warranty claims, including verifying customer eligibility, vehicle service history, and ensuring proper documentation (e.g., repair orders, labor codes, failure codes, and part numbers).
• Prepare and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer or third-party providers in a timely manner, adhering to all submission deadlines and technical guidelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for service advisors and technicians, providing guidance on proper warranty repair procedures and documentation.
• Manage and resolve complex or escalated customer warranty issues and complaints, providing clear explanations of coverage and policy terms.

HR Executive:

• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files
• Prepare HR letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, etc.)
• Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and maintain related records
• Assist in identifying staffing needs and preparing job descriptions
• Post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers

Accessories manager, Accessories incharge:

• Select, source, and order accessories aligned with current market trends and customer needs
• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory availability
• Conduct regular stock audits and manage reordering to avoid overstock/understock situations
• Address customer inquiries and issues related to accessories
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service
• Gather customer feedback for product and service improvement

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
