Job Description

As an HR Executive at Tierra Contracting, Kochi, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations within the company. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling recruitment and staffing needs, which involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. - Overseeing office administration tasks to guarantee seamless day-to-day operations. - Planning and executing employee engagement programs to uphold a positive work environment. - Conducting periodic visits to site offices to ensure employee welfare and address any concerns. - Initiating and supporting new programs aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and company culture. - Preparing and maintaining reports on HR-related activities such as employee performance and compliance. - Coordinating and managing events related to team building, training, and other organizational activities. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Proactive approach and willingness to take on new challenges. - Previous experience in HR, office administration, or related fields is preferred, though not mandatory.
