Job Description

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, employee engagement initiatives, HR data management and reporting, documentation and filing, employee relations, grievance support, and general HR administration. Your responsibilities will contribute to the smooth functioning of the HR department and overall employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases. - Coordinate recruitment activities including screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. - Collaborate with manpower vendors for recruitment purposes. - Support onboarding activities by managing documentation, facilitating induction programs, and ensuring a seamless transition for new hires. - Contribute to planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and team-building activities. - Organize and supervise office activities like employee engagement events and special celebrations. - Gather employee feedback and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of engagement programs. - Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems and Excel databases. - Assist in preparing HR dashboards, attendance summaries, and other HR-related reports. - Prepare, organize, and maintain employee files both digitally and physically. - Ensure timely and accurate documentation related to hiring, exits, and other HR processes. - Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and provide guidance as needed. - Document employee grievances and escalate them to the HR Manager for resolution. - Assist in promoting workplace discipline and compliance with company policies. - Collaborate with internal departments to address HR-related requests and requirements. - Monitor office stationery and inventory, coordinating procurement as needed. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree is required for this role. Note: This job is full-time and permanent, offering benefits like health insurance and life insurance. The work location is in Ludhiana, Punjab, and requires in-person attendance.,
