HR Executive (Recruitment)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a versatile, dynamic, and hardworking HR Executive who is

excited to work across a range of HR responsibilities.

Skills and Qualifications

● Bachelor’s / Master's degree in HR or related field.

● Prior experience in HR operations is a bonus.

● Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.

● Proactive and dedicated to excellence.

Responsibilities:

● Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening,

interviewing, hiring and onboarding.

● Maintain employee records, track attendance, and support payroll processing in

collaboration with finance.

● Oversee compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures.

● Create, implement, and update HR policies aligned with company goals.

● Act as a point of contact for employee issues, resolving conflicts, and ensuring

employee satisfaction.

● Implement strategies to improve employee retention and minimize turnover.

● Generate HR reports on recruitment, attrition, attendance, and other key HR

metrics.

● Analyze data to recommend improvements in HR operations and practices.
