Job Description – HR Recruiter

Company: Chai Waale Trades Pvt. Ltd.
Position: HR Recruiter / HR Executive
Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Ambattur, Chennai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Follow up with selected candidates and ensure timely joining.
Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR reports.
Support daily HR operations, attendance, and employee coordination.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in HR recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
