Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement, while helping build a strong workplace culture and employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout

● Build and maintain job descriptions in coordination with department heads

● Own recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and time-to-fill metrics

● Design and execute onboarding and induction programs for new hires

● Handle documentation, background verification, and employee database management

● Maintain and update HR records, HRMS/HRIS data, and personnel files

● Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)

● Coordinate with finance/payroll on attendance, leave data, and salary inputs

● Plan and execute employee engagement activities and R&R programs

● Act as first point of contact for employee queries and grievance redressal

● Support performance management cycles — appraisal coordination and documentation

● Manage exit formalities, including full & final settlements

● Drive employer branding initiatives across social media, campus drives, and career pages

● Prepare HR reports (attrition, headcount, absenteeism) for leadership

Requirements

● 1–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR Operations

● Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

● Solid understanding of recruitment lifecycle, HR operations, and labor law basics

● Proven track record of managing HR processes independently

● AI Tools and project management Knowledge

● Worked with marketing agency before and have understanding of marketing and D2C industry

● Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools

● Understanding of payroll inputs and basic compliance documentation
