Job Overview:

We are seeking an HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience, primarily focusing on recruitment. The role involves handling end-to-end hiring and supporting other HR functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Understand manpower requirements and draft clear job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Support pre-onboarding and onboarding formalities.
• Assist in maintaining HR records and employee documentation.
• Contribute to employee engagement and general HR activities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (service industry experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of HR operations will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam District, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
