HR - Executive-Coimbatore Location

You are a HR Executive at BOT VFX, a post-production services company with global clients. Your primary responsibility is to handle talent acquisition, talent management, and talent engagement. In terms of talent acquisition, you will be required to fulfill the recruitment needs by utilizing various channels such as social media, campaigns, walk-ins, job portals, mail-chimp, internal referrals, institute connects, alumni connects, consultants, and the company website. You will be responsible for sourcing new talent through platforms like Jobsoid, emails, and employee referrals. Additionally, you will conduct interviews via telephonic, skype, and face-to-face methods, along with technical tests. You will finalize offers, negotiate terms, and handle the documentation process. Furthermore, you will manage the preboarding activities, including machine requisition, space allocation, IT and departmental intimation, and employee file generation. In terms of talent management, you will handle the onboarding process, which includes new joiner formalities, induction, document collection, ESS account setup, department introductions, training, and database management. You will maintain employee files by documenting resumes, KYC information, educational and employment history, appraisals, and other relevant details. You will oversee the appraisal process, provide formalities for consultants and employees, gather performance feedback, and handle confirmations of employment. You will also manage tasks related to PF/ESI, NDAs, offer letters, internships, reimbursements, and logistics. Moreover, you will be responsible for ESS activities such as leave management and attendance tracking. In terms of talent engagement, you will focus on training, potential analysis, growth plans, grievance counseling, club activities, and rewards and recognition programs. You will provide suggestions for employee development, handle grievances, and create an engaging work environment through various initiatives. Overall, your role as a HR Executive at BOT VFX involves managing the end-to-end HR processes related to talent acquisition, talent management, and talent engagement to ensure the company's human resources are effectively recruited, developed, and retained.,
