Job Title: HR Executive – Talent & People Operations Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Division: Systel Energy Solutions India Pvt Ltd (SES) Reporting To: Director – SES Division Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skill set) About Us: Systel Energy Solutions (SES), a part of the Systel Group, is a leading provider of Smart Compressed Air Monitoring Solutions. As we scale, we’re seeking a passionate and proactive HR Executive to build and nurture a high-performing team aligned with our vision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manage end-to-end hiring process for technical and non-technical roles. Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs. Draft job descriptions, post job openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage offer letters. Build a talent pipeline through campus outreach, job portals, and social networks. 2. Onboarding & Employee Experience Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes for new employees. Design and implement engagement programs to build a strong company culture. Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance redressal. 3. Performance & Development Assist in setting up KPIs and performance evaluation systems. Coordinate periodic appraisals, feedback cycles, and development plans. Identify training needs and organize internal or external training sessions. 4. Compliance & HR Operations Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination (in collaboration with accounts team). Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices. 5. Culture & Internal Communication Promote a transparent, collaborative, and productive work environment. Support initiatives that align employees with SES’s mission and values. Organize internal events, workshops, and team-building activities. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a technology or industrial solutions company. Strong understanding of recruitment, performance management, and labor laws. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
