Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources department to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment processes, conducting employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, supporting the implementation of HR policies, handling employee queries, organizing training sessions, and coordinating employee engagement activities. You will be responsible for posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting employee onboarding and orientation sessions, updating HR databases, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Additionally, you will handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, organize training sessions and development programs, and coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in an HR role. Knowledge of HR functions and best practices is essential, as well as discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee data. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund and a yearly bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the expected start date is 31/05/2025.
