HR Executive (Female only)

As an HR Executive at our Real Estate company in Vijay Nagar, Indore, your role involves managing recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs. Your responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies, and overseeing hiring processes. To excel in this position, you should have a strong HR background and a deep understanding of labor legislation. Your strategic decisions will be crucial in ensuring we hire, develop, and retain qualified employees. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs - Screen resumes and conduct interviews with candidates - Administer company assessments and perform reference checks - Make recommendations to hiring managers and coordinate interviews - Maintain relationships with internal and external clients to meet staffing goals - Generate timely reports on employment activity - Conduct exit interviews for departing employees Qualifications Required: - MBA in HR - 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR generalist roles - Proficiency in English communication Additional Company Details: - Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore - Package: 3 LPA to 3.60 LPA - Working Days: Monday to Saturday (11 am to 6 pm) - Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, paid time off, provident fund - Shift: Day shift, morning shift - Yearly bonus provided If you are interested in this opportunity, please share your CV at Sushmita@conceptmanagement.in or contact us during the specified working hours.
