HR Executive (Female only)

As an HR Executive at our Real Estate company based in Vijay Nagar, Indore, your role will involve managing the recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs. Your responsibilities will include creating referral programs, updating HR policies, and overseeing the hiring processes to ensure we hire, develop, and retain qualified employees. To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in Human Resources and a comprehensive understanding of labor legislation. Key Responsibilities: - Partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements - Screening resumes and conducting in-person and phone interviews with candidates - Administering company assessments and performing reference and background checks - Providing hiring recommendations to company managers and coordinating interviews - Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet staffing objectives - Generating timely reports on employment activities and conducting exit interviews for departing employees Qualifications Required: - MBA in HR - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition and talent management - Proficiency in HR generalist roles and performance management systems If you are interested in this position, please share your CV with us at Sushmita@conceptmanagement.in or contact us during office hours from Monday to Saturday (11 am to 6 pm).
