Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle end-to-end hiring, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting new-hire inductions.

Employee Relations: Resolve day-to-day workplace queries, manage grievances, and support a positive company culture.

HR Operations & Records: Maintain accurate employee files, attendance tracking, leave management, and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) portal updates.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.

Performance & Training: Assist with performance appraisal cycles and coordinate training or employee engagement activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in generalist HR or recruitment functions.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and familiarity with HRMS.

Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
