Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates, as well as managing job postings.
Onboarding & Documentation: Managing new hire induction, background verification, document collection, and maintaining employee records.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Coordinating payroll, managing attendance, administering benefits (insurance, leave), and handling salary queries.
Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact for employee queries, mediating conflicts, and organizing employee engagement activities.
Performance & Policy Management: Supporting performance appraisal processes (360-degree reviews), developing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Exit Management: Conducting exit interviews and managing full and final settlements. Workable +11
