Job Description

At SimBal Studios, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised HR to support our growing team. If you enjoy working with people, building team culture, and keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
Support HR operations, internal communication, and employee engagement activities.
Help organise team activities, celebrations, and Fun Fridays.
Assist with maintaining HR policies and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination.
Follow up with candidates and employees on HR-related requirements.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational and time-management abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation.
A proactive attitude with attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and handle responsibilities independently.
Prior HR experience is not mandatory.
